Udayakumar G-
Executive Director – Glenworth Estate Limited and Waterfall Estates Pvt Ltd.
Born into a family that was in the tea business for over 100 years on 18th May 1958, Mr. Udayakumar has been personally involved with tea for the last 25 years.

He gained vast international marketing experience in the last 20 years. Turning around ailing plantations is his forte. Today, Glendale Estate produces 1.3 million kgs in manufactured Orthodox tea in addition to 2.5 million kgs of CTC tea in Waterfalls Estate and 1.4 million kgs in Rousdonmullai Estate.

Mr. Udayakumar introduced Coir Peat in India, a first in the country, in partnership with firms in the USA and Scotland.

K.Gopalakrishnan
Director – Glenworth Estate Limited.
A Graduate in Agricultural Science. He has worked with UPASI TRI (United Planters Association of South India Tea Research Institute) for over 8 years in the field of Research and Advisory Work. He has also worked in a large Tea Plantation in Uganda for over 11 years as an Agronomist and subsequently as General Manager. He is presently pursuing consultancy services for the Plantation Industry. He is extending consultancy services to large plantations in India and Sri Lanka.

He is a Director in all the Group companies and also Director of a company exporting coir pith products.

R.Doraiswami
Director – Glenworth Estate Limited.
A Science Graduate and a University Rank Holder. He has worked in a Public Sector Bank for over 31years. He joined the PSB as a Probationary Officer in 1970 and has been exposed to various Banking operations like Credit, Forex, Operational Banking, Asset Recovery etc. He has nearly 15 years exposure to Forex markets and Forex related activities. He was holding a Senior Management position in the PSB at the time of his leaving the Bank. He was on deputation from the Bank to a Money Exchange Company in Doha (Qatar) for a period of 3 years.

He is a Director in all the Group companies.
